Directions

  • Heat bag by the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 800w.
  • Apply bag on the body for 15-20 minutes
  • Let bag cool down at least 15 minutes before reheating
  • Store bag in the zip bag and keep cool and dry after use
  • Don’t steam this bag, only use with a microwave oven
