Directions
- Heat bag by the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 800w.
- Apply bag on the body for 15-20 minutes
- Let bag cool down at least 15 minutes before reheating
- Store bag in the zip bag and keep cool and dry after use
- Don’t steam this bag, only use with a microwave oven
